Yes, we are! We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that we only offer the best products for our customers and the environment. Our FSC details can be found on the packaging of our products.

We offer a wide variety of products from kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, centrefeed tissue, facial tissue boxes, pocket tissues and there are many more to come.


Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and offer a fair value to the UK market

There is no doubt that tissue produced from virgin pulp is notably softer and more absorbent than its recycled counterparts. This superior quality can be attributed to the fact that virgin pulp is free from the impurities, contaminants, and degradation that may be present in recycled pulp.

Moreover, the longer fibers found in virgin pulp enhance the sturdiness of the tissue, making it less prone to tearing during use. This durability is particularly beneficial for products like kitchen towels, where strength is essential for those pesky everyday tasks!

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you have made a mistake, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you have decided to change your mind once your order has been placed, we politely request that our team are informed within 1 hour so that we can amend and refund your order (if cancelling)

Once your order has been placed, our team will start to prepare your order. Although delivery times may vary depending on your location, we aim to deliver all of our products within 5 working days.

Shipping and postage costs are included within the sale price however, there may be an additional fee depending on your location, due to our courier shipping charges.

Yes, we would love for our customers to pop in to our warehouse for their orders and you'll view our range of products!

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking reference and carrier details.

Although we work hard to ensure that orders are shipped immediately, once your order has left our warehouse and you have received your tracking number, we would advise to track the location of your order via the courier.

If you have yet to receive your order after 5 working days, please get in touch with our team so that we can address the issue.

Yes! We can deliver to a business address or your place of employment. Just ensure that someone will be present to receive your order.

It's also a good idea to add your company name to help the driver find your address easily.

Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of the product, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided.

First and foremost, we are truly sorry to hear that. Our team work hard to ensure that all orders are packaged well so it is frustrating to hear this.

If you're unhappy with the condition of your order, please do get in touch with our team on info@satinsheetstissue.co.uk by outlining the damages and we will rectify this as quickly as possible. Please also include images, if possible, to help our team investigate.
